Self-Care Coaching

Many activists, organizers, caregivers, healers and movement workers work tirelessly day in and day out fighting for the rights of others or giving to others. Often those very same people don't realize when their own resources are depleting. My aim is to help those trying to better the world by supporting them to realize when they need to focus more on themselves and secondly, but more importantly how to do so.

Sometimes what we need most is a good self-nourishment regimen.  Regular habits communicate self-worth and can boost your quality of life.  However, self-care can also just be a phrase that's thrown around and I aim to also support you in digging deeper into ways you can incorporate into your life deeper ways you can nourish yourself and replenish. I offer self-nourishment coaching to help you create and develop a self-nourishment routine and show you how you can lean on your strengths and personal characteristics.

Self-nourishment coaching is specifically designed for individuals looking to make a long-lasting impact by changing day-to-day behavior.  I draw from my clinical knowledge and experience to guide you in overcoming the unique challenges that stand in your way of success.

As a politicized healer, I can attest to the importance of a strong self-nourishment regime.  Over the last decade, I have wrestled with the on-going challenges of being a care-provider and have gained knowledge and skills to support caregivers.  I deeply enjoy working with caregivers and offer additional workshops to provide them with the support they need.

We will work together to discuss the varying responsibilities, priorities and limitations in your life and help to develop a personalized, realistic self-nourishment plan.  This may take 1 to 3 sessions of coaching to find something that is sustainable for your life and your work. Follow up sessions can be had as needed.
